IN NO EVENT SHALL 1P ALGOS’ TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO 1P ALGOS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

PROP FIRM EVALUATIONS

• You will continuously monitor automated systems during market hours
• You will implement appropriate stop losses and risk management rules
• You will maintain adequate capital and avoid over-leveraging positions
• You will keep software updated and maintain secure system configurations

C. LEGAL AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

• You are legally permitted to engage in algorithmic trading in your jurisdiction
• You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and exchange rules
• You will accurately report trading income and pay applicable taxes
• You will not use our software for illegal, fraudulent, or manipulative purposes
• You understand that pattern day trading rules and margin requirements may apply

D. TECHNICAL COMPETENCY

20. Prohibited Uses

Violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate termination of your account, legal action, and cooperation with law enforcement authorities.

1P Algos shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, or extreme weather events
• War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions
• Internet or telecommunications failures not caused by 1P Algos
• Power outages, utility failures, or infrastructure disruptions

During force majeure events, we may suspend services without liability. Your subscription fees will not be refunded for service interruptions caused by force majeure events.
